If a customer doesn't like the item, they can send the it back to us within 15 days of receiving it. The customer will have to bear the cost of sending it back to us and the sealed packings must be intact and not opened. Once the original sealed packing is opened we will not accept the return. Reimbursement to the customer will only start from our side once we have received and inspected the item satisfactorily and after deducting the postal charges occurred from our side.
